Temperatures are unprecedented of late.
Cool, mild weather creates the perfect scenario for early garden strolls.
Join me on this morning’s meander and garden finds…

Sugar Sweet indeterminate cherry tomatoes ~ plump and tasty and first time to grow them here. Two volunteers appear to be a Rutgers and a red, tasty cherry with hundreds on the vine! Could it be Jobes Organics?
What are you harvesting in your gardens today?

Wow! Your photos are always lovely, but I especially like the green cherry tomatoes with the sun shining through the hairs on the stem…..an early morning halo. Beautiful.

We do miss summer at the cottage in Maine. We headed up to one of the lakes in New Hampshire for a day out and lunch. 🙂

Thank you Karen.
PS I find clean straw excellent mulch for my tomatoes…really keeps the fungus down and helps keep the roots shaded and happy.
Are you missing your little Maine house? How is the barn sale going?

Things are sure beautiful in your neck of the woods. My main harvest are rose bokays. Mr. G is harvesting tomatoes! Most of my roses are in between bloom cycles gearing up for a fall flush! Enjoyed the stroll. 🌹

Chris, indeed this new variety of cherry tomato is tasty. Glad I only planted one, as it is climbing to the moon!
